Mohamed Elhag (UAE)

Management consultancy leader, business transformation expert and business architect with an extensive background in public and private sectors, specialising in business strategies, business process re-engineering, change management, organizational transformation, knowledge management, and ICT. Prior to the formation of P3 Transform Limited, Mohamed held a number of senior leadership roles in industry and international consultancy in firms across the globe, including Ernst & Young, Atkins, Parsons Brinkerhoff, Mouchel International and  Emirates Nuclear Energy Corporation. Mohamed holds an MBA from University of Leicester School of Management, PRINCE2 & MSP Registered Practitioner with the Office of Government Commerce – UK and accredited as fellow member by the Institute of Consulting, full member of the Chartered Management Institute, The British Computer Society and The Institution of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE). Mohamed has led many major projects within the UK: National Program for IT (NPfIT) the Government of Abu Dhabi, Qatar and Saudi. In addition, Mohamed has actively participated in analysing, architecting and managing various clinical data, records management and knowledge management systems and frameworks for healthcare, pharmaceutical organizations, and electronic publishers.
